A Little About Me
Senior PMO Leader | Professional coach helping you get unstuck
My background has primarily been in Software QA Engineering. After the initial few years of dabbling in the QA world helping build testing frameworks and managing teams. I soon followed up by switching to product and program management functions and have worn multiple hats from being an IC >Team Lead > Manager > Leader. Primaily focused on big tech where most of my career has primarily been. I am lucky to have worked some of the best minds in the industry and possibly world if I may say. I have a proven track record driving multi year and multi million dollar programs to deliver world class experiences you likely use today!
Over the years, I have had the privilege to learn and grow my career in tech. With extensive experience across Leadership/strategy/hiring and building teams/navigating ambiguity/career planning & progression/stakeholder management/product and program management methodologies, I have a well rounded understanding of how businesses/organizations are designed, how to build a successful teams and what drives individuals to further their career journey.
With much of this experience, I have always wanted to give back to the community by sharing my experiences and learnings

My Journey
With over 15 years of experience at Google, I've had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in tech. I’ve navigated the complexities of product and program management, led high-performing teams, and driven innovation at scale.
But my journey didn't start in Silicon Valley. I began my career in software quality assurance engineering, building a solid foundation in technical skills and problem-solving. Over time, I transitioned into Technical Operations, Product & Program management, where I discovered my passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional user experiences.
I understand the ups and downs of a demanding career. I’ve experienced the exhilaration of success and the frustration of setbacks all while using them as ladders to succeed. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others achieve their full potential.
